Ravishankar Tumuluri
Executive Director
Ravishankar's career spans conventional and renewable energy markets across India, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. From 1996 to 2008, he delivered coal, natural gas, hydroelectric, and integrated power generation projects. Transitioning to renewable energy solutions in 2008, he led utility-scale solar divisions for major Indian conglomerates and developed photovoltaic installations across four continents.
Since 2012, Ravishankar has advised clean energy companies globally on strategy, project development, financing, and capital raising. His expertise encompasses large scale solar projects, wind energy infrastructure, and power generation UK frameworks. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. This comprehensive background across energy infrastructure guides Zenexa Renewables' strategic direction as an independent power producer committed to long-term operational excellence.
Jasman Singh
Director
Jasman brings strategic leadership and operational expertise to Zenexa Renewables, overseeing business management and organizational development. His approach centers on building efficient operational frameworks, fostering collaborative teams, and ensuring disciplined execution across complex infrastructure projects. With strong focus on stakeholder alignment and financial governance, Jasman plays a critical role in Zenexa's strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
His management capabilities drive the company's growth as an IPP energy company, ensuring projects advance with financial rigor and operational accountability. Jasman's leadership supports Zenexa Renewables' expansion across Britain's energy mix, maintaining the disciplined approach required to develop and operate sustainable energy infrastructure as a long-term owner of renewable energy assets.

Siddhant Tumuluri
Head of Operations
Sid oversees company operations and project delivery across Zenexa Renewables' renewable energy portfolio. Prior to joining, he spent two years in data science and machine learning recruitment across the US, UK, and Europe.
Sid holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from Lancaster University.
Mahesh Animireddy
Head of design and Engineering
Mahesh leads design and engineering at Zenexa Renewables, with over a decade of experience in solar energy infrastructure. His expertise covers engineering design, feasibility studies, and energy yield assessments, supporting over 2 GW of large scale solar projects.
Mahesh holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Max Gibson
Head of Planing
Max leads the planning team at Zenexa Renewables, bringing experience from public and private sector development. His expertise spans renewable energy infrastructure, residential, and commercial planning applications across complex regulatory frameworks.
Max holds a Master's in International Planning and Sustainable Development from Westminster University.
Lewis Henry
Head of Wind
Lewis oversees the full lifecycle of onshore wind energy projects, from site identification through construction and commissioning. He coordinates with engineers, environmental consultants, and stakeholders to deliver wind farms contributing to Britain's energy mix.
Lewis holds a Bachelor's in Geography from Liverpool John Moores University.
Alex Fornal
Land Acquisition
Alex leads land acquisition for England-based renewable energy projects. He has delivered over 200 MW of wind farms and 55 MW of large scale solar projects across Europe, with expertise spanning site acquisition through grid connection and construction management.
Alex holds a Master's in Environmental Policy and Management from University of Gloucestershire.
Stewart Adams
Land Acquisition
Stewart heads land acquisition for Scotland-based renewable energy infrastructure. Since 2011, he has worked on utility-scale solar, wind energy, and battery storage projects, combining site acquisition expertise with legal and commercial structuring for clean energy developments.
Stewart holds a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading.
